It is to declare that once you are done with the easy profile-setup step, you hereby, do acknowledge that you are liable to follow each and every pinpointed rules and regulations established by the governing body of Subidha Platform Limited and Team. You have to stick to the manners provided by Subidha.app and cannot in any break or violate any of the rules otherwise Subidha Platform Limited and Team will be liable to ban or terminate your account immediately and permanently. Terms and Conditions to be followed:
1. Subidha Platform Limited and Team will rate a Service-Provider’s overall performance on a scale of 5. The performance rate will be measured as per the ratings given by Service-Users. If the evaluation or performance rate of a Service-Provider gets below 2.5 in any way, Subidha Platform Limited and Team will immediately suspend the account of that respective Service-Provider. So, work hard and put in the best effort!
2. Every Subidha Platform Limited and Team Service-Provider has to attend their weekly reporting day and pay weekly service charges consolidated as 17.5% of net earnings in a week. If a Service-Provider fails to pay their due charges for two (2) consecutive weeks, Subidha Platform Limited and Team may impose a termination on the user’s account, and the termination may eventually turn into permanent ban, only if the Service-Provider fails to pay due amount on the third (3rd) week.The account termination or permanent ban can be withdrawn if the service-provider submit valid causes of delay before the governing body of Subidha.app followed by a formal meeting session.
3. Subidha Platform Limited and Team always warns Service-Providers only to provide that specific service for what the Service-Provider is hired by a Service-User. If any Service-User makes an agreement of having completed a specific number of services but requesting or forcing for more than the agreed number, as a Service-Provider, you are requested to record the extra services on the Subidha Platform Limited and Team dashboard instantly for your payment security. Otherwise, Subidha Platform Limited and Team will not assist you in any further steps if you face a betrayal.
Terms and Conditions: Service-User
1. Subidha Platform Limited and Team will not be liable for any kind of unexpected experience (e.g. Theft, Robbery, Physical or Sexual Assault, Murder, Rape and all sorts of mischievous incidents) from any Service-Provider's bad manners and unacceptable behavior full of inconsistency.
2. Subidha Platform Limited and Team, in any way, will not be liable for the loss of goods or damages to any manufacturing parts/products; even though on/after the presence of Service-Provider. Subidha.app would like to advise you to always keep the valid documents to justify any claim.
3. Subidha Platform Limited and Team also advises and encourages you to instantly notify any sort of damaging reports or Goods-lost report right on the presence of Service-Provider (if you have any say against the Service-Provider) so as to the executive wing of Subidha Platform Limited and Team can immediately resolve any issue.
Membership and Accessibility
1. LICENSE TO ACCESS

Violating any of the above-referenced rules in connection with leaving Feedback by both Service Provider and Service User, Subidha Platform Limited and Team, in its sole discretion, may take any of the following actions: (i) cancel your Feedback or any of your Postings from the website; (ii) put limitation on your Account privileges; (iii) suspend your Account; and/or (iv) decrease your status earned via the Feedback page.
2. Reporting Inappropriate Use of Feedback. You may contact Subidha.app regarding any inappropriate use of Feedback via-email.
3. Resolving Disputes in Connection with Feedback. In terms of resolving any dispute between users of the Website concerning Feedback, Subidha Platform Limited and Team will be the final arbiter of such dispute. Furthermore, in the event of any dispute between Users of the product concerning Feedback, Subidha.app has the right, in its sole and absolute direction, to remove such feedback or carry out any action it deems reasonable without incurring any liability therefrom.

(a) Revoke the Posting;

(d) Decrease the Service User's status earned via the Feedback page.
Disclaimer and Warranties for Service Users
1. Subidha Platform Limited and Team warranty does not extend to any spare parts used in the completion or delivery of the service provided by the service provider. The service users can purchase the required shared parts on their own or engage the service provider to acquire the spare parts. In any case, Subidha Platform Limited and Team will not be liable for the quality or price of the spare parts, only, if the Subidha Platform Limited and Team buys necessary spare parts from any third-party vendors of Subidha Platform Limited and Team. Otherwise, Subidha Platform Limited and Team will bear all responsibilities for any kind of deficiency in product quality or in pricing.

For Pack and Shift, Home Appliance, Phones, Laptop, and other electronic gadgets, it is the service user's responsibility to sign the agreed list of the final order list provided by the Service Provider. Unless the Service User can produce a final order list signed by the Service Provider, Subidha.app will not take any responsibility for settling the dispute between the Service User and the Service Provider. Subidha.app especially encourages Service Users to clearly mention details of any item handed over to the Service Provider or his representatives in the final order list to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding.
3. MARKETPLACE DISCLAIMER AND RESPONSPONSIBILITY:
Subidha Platform Limited and Team is a marketplace where service users can find different service providers offering their services at various prices. The Service Providers are directly responsible for the quality of service as per order specifications provided by the service users. All Service Users placing orders through Subidha.app are responsible for clarifying the requirements and expectations with individual Service Providers at the time of processing orders. Subidha.app is not reliable for the quality of service or any non-performance by service providers after the order has been placed.
4. DISPUTE SETTLEMENT TIMELINE:
Subidha Platform Limited and Team aims to settle any dispute within 2 days of raising the complaint. Here Subidha Platform Limited and Team will play the role of a marketplace to resolve the dispute between Service User and Service Provider. If the stakeholders fail to respond to Subidha Platform Limited and Team's proposal or communication regarding dispute settlement within 2 days, Subidha.app has the right to resolve the dispute if it sees fit.
5. DISPUTE COVERAGE:
However, under certain circumstances, Subidha Platform Limited and Team can choose to compensate the platform users for poor service delivery by Service Providers. The extent of this compensation is limited to 10% of the order value or BDT 5000 whichever is lower. This compensation will be provided in the form of a free future service coupon against the dispute case. The decision will be taken by the Subidha.app support management team after proper investigation of the dispute.
Service User has to raise a claim within the warranty period concerning the type of service. Any claim raised after the warranty period will be treated as a new order.
Subidha Platform Limited and Team has high regard for intellectual property and expects the same level of standard to be employed by its users. Subidha Platform Limited and Team may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, terminate the Account or prohibit access to the Website of users who infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and/or trademark infringement, please send the following information to us.
● proper proofs of the copyrighted work claimed to have been copyrighted, or if multiple works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;

2. TERMINATION BY SUBIDHA.APP:
You hereby acknowledge and agree that Subidha Platform Limited and Team, in its sole and absolute discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete, terminate, or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, do cancellation of the Website or otherwise terminate your access to or participation in the use of the Website (or any part thereof), or remove and discard any Submitted Content on the Website ("Termination of Service"), immediately and without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, Account inactivity or if Subidha Platform Limited and Team believes or has reason to believe that you have violated any conduct of the Terms and Conditions.

1. FEES INCURRED BY SERVICE USERS:
Joining Subidha Platform Limited and Team, opening an Account, viewing posted Services is free. Subidha.app currently does not charge Service Users for transactions completed on the Subidha.app Product between Service Users and Services Professionals. However, Subidha.app reserves the right to charge a fee to Service Users in the future on a per-transaction basis or in any other manner, and reserves the right to do so in its sole discretion. Changes to this Fee Policy are effective after Subidha.app has provided you with thirty (30) days' notice by posting the changes on the Terms & Condition
If appropriate, you agree to pay all fees or charges to your Account based on Subidha.app's fees, charges, and billing terms then in effect. If you do not pay on time or if Subidha Platform Limited and Team cannot charge your credit card, any payment gateway, or other payment methods for any reason, Subidha Platform Limited and Team reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and Account and terminate these Terms and Conditions. You are expressly agreeing that Subidha Platform Limited and Team is permitted to bill you for the applicable fees, any applicable tax, and any other charges you may incur, only applicable, if you make any use of this Website, and the fees will be billed to your credit card, a payment gateway or other payment method designated at the time you make a purchase or register for a fee-based service. Service fees provided by Client to Service Provider or Subidha Platform Limited and Team are final and non-refundable. But in some cases Subidha.app support management team can make some decisions if any investigation report find any issues like

2. Job has been served and the customer cleared the bill. But dispute arises within the warranty period
3. The client paid in advance but the job served in less amount.

You can make sense that we are acting solely as an intermediary for the collection of rents and fees between a Service User and a Service Provider who chooses to enter into an Agreement for Service. Since state and local tax laws vary significantly by locality, you understand and agree that you are solely responsible for determining your own tax reporting requirements in consultation with tax counselors and that we cannot and do not offer tax advice to either hosts or guests. Further, you understand that Subidha.app will not be responsible or liable in any manner in relation to the tax liability of a Service User or a Service Provider.
If a dispute arises between you and Subidha Platform Limited and Team, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost-effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Accordingly, you and Subidha.app hereby agree that we will resolve any claim or controversy at law and equity that arises out of the Terms and Conditions or the Website in parallel to this Section O or as we and you otherwise agree in writing. Before resorting to the filing of a formal lawsuit, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution via email or call at our call center. If a Service User violates any of the below-referenced rules, it will be taken as Fraudulent activity and Subidha Platform Limited and Team, in its sole discretion, may take any of the following actions immediately, including

(b) Suspend/Limit the Service User's Account privileges;
(c) Necessary Action as per Country’s Rules and Regulations;

8. Users transmits more request messages to the Subidha.app servers, or any server of a Subidha.app subsidiary or affiliate, in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce during the same period by using a conventional online web browser.
9. User Post any message, information which is against the Country's any rules & regulations.
10. Customer refuses to pay for an order

21. Customer is directly involved in the snatch and run for any service
Promo Code Policy:
1. Promo codes can be applied within the offered time period.
2. Any of the services under a certain promo code must be served within the offered timeline.
3. No promo code can be used after the promotional time period.
4. A customer has to take certain services under a promo code within 7 days.
5. If a service category has been changed then the promo code will be invalid for the new service.
6. Promo code will be valid if the Line item changed under the same service category.
Job Avail Policy:
1. Service needs to avail as scheduled time requested by the Client.
2. If the User needs to reschedule Service time, thus the user has to confirm two hours before the scheduled time to Service Provider.
3. If reschedule was not communicated or canceled and service before 2 hours of service schedule, thus Cancellation charge or minimum service charge will be applicable.
4. This charge will be applicable due to Service Providers service time loss and transportation cost.
1. A service can't be rescheduled before two hours of service.
2. The minimum service charge will be added with the original service charge if rescheduled before 2 hours of the service schedule.
If customers cancel any service before two hours of service schedule time then the cancellation charge is applicable.
